How do we do ALL of this in a world where our schedules are already crazy?\nWelcome to LEAD NIGHT.\n\nLEAD NIGHT is typically on the 3rd Monday night of the month here at the church. It is for every single leader and volunteer involved at Western Hills:  Children’s, Youth, Men’s, Women’s, Upward, Building, Worship, Tech, Creative, Hospitality, Connect Group. If you serve in any capacity in any area, LEAD NIGHT is for you. If you are INTERESTED in getting involved in any area, LEAD NIGHT is for you. The format is simple:\n\n6:00-6:30pm – FOOD\nWe will provide sandwiches, chips, and drinks. Come grab some food and hang time.\n\n6:30-7:00pm – TRAINING\nThink TED Talk for ministry skills to help you where you serve.\n\n7:00-8:00pm – TEAM\nAll of our ministry teams will break out to meet for further training or planning.\n\n**Free Childcare will be provided for the night from 6:30-7:45pm.
